Aerial Imaging
Aerial imaging is available when added visual access is useful for roofs, upper exterior areas, large sites, tall structures, construction documentation, and certain hard-to-reach conditions. For our work, it is simply another tool when the property and scope call for it.
Common uses include:

-
Roof and chimney documentation for visible wear, damage, and general condition from above
-
Solar panel review for cracked, misaligned, or visibly compromised panels
-
Façade, steeple, and tower review for tall, ornate, or difficult-to-access structures, including historic buildings
-
Construction progress documentation for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders
-
Insurance-related documentation for visible storm, fire, or exterior damage conditions
-
Residential and commercial marketing imagery when aerial perspective is useful
-
Land and site overview imaging for planning, layout, and development-related review

Aerial imaging may be available as a standalone service or as part of certain inspection, documentation, or consulting assignments, depending on the property, scope, and location.
