Inspections Plus provides limited-scope advisory review when agents or clients need practical building context during a transaction — even when we are not performing the original inspection.

This may include review of third-party inspection reports, photographs, repair claims, seller-side concerns, condo or HOA board materials, capital improvement discussions, and specific construction or property-condition questions.

Transaction Advisory Review also allows broader construction experience to be brought into the discussion in a way that is distinct from a standard home inspection. As a licensed home inspector and Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor, Stephen Gaspar reviews available information with both inspection judgment and practical building knowledge.
