Steve was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Being a first time home buyer, he made me feel comfortable with the entire process. The time he took to carefully explain each finding & doing it in terms that I could easily understand was very much appreciated. I was also impressed at how quickly he was able to generate the report, which was just as thorough & detailed as the inspection was. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a home inspector!

This is our first time buying a home and Steve did not take any shortcuts walking us thru EVERYTHING about the inspection. From the very beginning we could tell we were in good hands. It is clear that Steve really knows what he is looking at. He would explain his thought process, tell us little things he would adjust, take pictures for support and his report at the end was very detailed and thorough. I even contacted Steve following the inspection with a question and he responded immediately. I feel very confident moving forward with the sale of our new home knowing that Steve was our inspector. We have some minor things to change upon moving in but he even recommended some people to use! Very thrilled with the process, his professionalism and our overall experience. I will be keeping Steve's business card for when we buy our second home someday!
