My home inspection with “Inspection Plus” was great. During the inspection, Stephen talked in great detail about any possible areas of concern. I received the report that same day. The report was also thorough and consistent with what was explained during the inspection. I would highly recommend using them if you have a need.

I hired Steve for a home inspection on a house I was in the process of purchasing. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He was honest and didn't try to "up-sell" me on additional services/tests unless he thought they were actually necessary. The only test we did outside of the inspection was a radon test. I would definitely recommend Steve and will use him again for future inspections.

Steve is a Rockstar! He was responsive from the time of booking (even on a holiday weekend) and even after our inspection. He was early to the inspection and already had information ready when we arrived. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the inspection answering any questions we had. We received our report back the same day with clear photos and descriptions of everything we spoke about. We highly recommend Steve to anyone searching for a top notch home inspection before making (likely) the biggest purchase of their life!

Great experience! Stephen performed an inspection on the home pre-closing, and I was very impressed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with a meticulously detailed report that outlined any and all issues with the home which even included pictures. His recommendations for things that needed immediate attention, further inspection, or just future monitoring really helped to put my mind at ease as a first time home buyer.
