Thank you Stephen!!We are first time home buyers feeling very overwhelmed and anxious about buying our first home. Stephen knows his stuff. He his detailed oriented, honest, and just went beyond my expectations. I appreciate how he breaks things down and tells us what we should be concerned about know and what things we should monitor and get fix eventually. He puts in terms of years so we have an idea of how long we have and can budget and plan. Very appreciate this fact. I printed out our final inspection report and have placed it in a binder in which we are going to use as our home bible to keep track and make sure things are done. If you are worried about price he is also very affordable. He takes Cash and Venmo as payment options. You will not be disappointed by choosing Stephen and his company.

Stephen is a phenomenal inspector. He was recognized by our Boston realtor and one of our contractors as the best of the best and he certainly lives up to that reputation. Stephen is very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. With his engineering background, he is also able to offer a wealth of knowledge. Stephen was kind enough to take us on as clients despite us buying a house across the state. He even arrived early! During the inspection, he explained his findings very clearly and was specific about distinguishing between safety issues, things that needed attention, things that should be monitored, and ideas to improve the property. He was solution-oriented and practical. Unlike some other inspectors we have worked with in the past, Stephen does not use scare tactics. He remains factual and tries to empower the buyer with knowledge so they can best maintain and improve their home. He is a great guy and also happens to have the patience of a saint as he took the time to make sure I understood his answers to my MANY questions.

Steve was so clear in his explanations, provided context and background information, gave us a verbal overview of every aspect of the home and wrote a detailed report within the same day. His analysis was what prompted as to go ahead with our home and we are so happy and relieved that we got to use Steve for our services. If you are looking for a highly educated professional for an inspection, look no further! I’ve never had an inspector who cares about the fine details like Stephen. He looks at every single inch of a home and misses nothing. He writes up an extremely detailed report that is straightforward and is there for you should you need any clarification on something or questions that you may have.
