We had a home inspection done by Stephen (President & Inspector for Inspections Plus) this past weekend. He was thorough, respectful, and had great attention to detail with ample explanations. He walked us through everything he was checking and answered every question my wife and I had. He made us feel very comfortable with the home being inspected. I will definitely recommend him to friends & family in the future and would plan to contact him again should the need arise.

The real estate market is crazy now compared to when I bought my last home in 2013. Steve got me an inspection for the day and time I wanted with less than a week's notice. Steve was very thorough and patient with the house inspection and four different people asking questions of him. The inspection report came back the same day. This is the fourth time we've engaged an inspector over the years and Steve was by far the best.

I had scheduled an appointment with the Inspection Plus today and signed the Inspection & Service agreements ahead. However, no one showed up at the time of my appointment, and no one answered my phone when I called the company.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and generous with his time and attention both during the inspection and afterwards with all the follow up questions I had.This was not my first home purchase, but it was by far the one with the most to come up during inspection. I think this is in part due to the home itself, but also very likely to Steve's thoroughness. In any case, my confidence in Steve's work made it easy to move forward despite the work I knew I'd have ahead of me, because I could rest easy knowing there were no other major items we weren't accounting for.

Steve was a life saver in my home buying process. I was a first timer so I had a lot that I was learning by the seat of my pants. Steve was patience and thorough with me. Very knowledgeable and open to discussing issues during my negotiations most times of the day. He also came back for multiple visits when issues appeared to review again! Would highly recommend to anyone for peace of mind.
