I have purchased a few homes in the past, and I have never had an inspector as personable, kind, and knowledgeable as Steve. He was extremely professional, attentive, and thorough, paying close attention to every detail. I truly appreciated how clearly he communicated everything in a way I could easily understand.

Working with Steve was the best experience we could have asked for! The house didn’t work out but he saved us a lot of headache and hassle. He was professional, thorough, and explained everything along the way. Would absolutely recommend him and work work him again!

I’ve been around houses and construction for a very long time, and I don’t impress easily. The home I just bought was built in 1800, and there are a lot of things about it that I think a good amount of inspectors today might not fully understand.
