Steve was amazing!He conducted a thorough, detailed inspection of the property, its foundation and structure, and the surrounding area.He identified a fundamental issue we did not notice during our initial visit, which reveals a “chronic condition with elevated risk… and possible structural implications over time.”That saved us from purchasing property that would have required repeated, expensive repairs.Thanks, Steve!
