Steve has become a trusted party for us in our house search around Boston. We are moving to the area from a different state, so it is very important to us to have someone on our side with an eye for detail that we can trust. Highly recommend!! During the inspection, Stephen made sure to address my concerns/questions in real time in addition to addressing any additional issues that he identified (as well as recommended corrections/fixes). His detailed report was easy to understand and was a huge help as we proceeded through the purchase of the property and subsequent renovations.
