As a Realtor I work with Home Inspectors all the time. Steve's inspections are extremely thorough, he is very knowledgeable and the report he provides is the best I've come across. Stephen did a great job on the inspection. He took his time and went through each part of the house explaining everything in detail as he went. He was very timely getting us the report the same day as the inspection and he was both professional and personable. We are very please with the services he provided.

Steve is excellent! He was incredibly thorough both during the walkthrough and in the detailed report. For us as first time home buyers, he was also great about explaining the difference between major concerns in need of immediate attention and things we can fix or upgrade over time to keep the house in good shape. Also very responsive to calls and questions. Highly recommend!
