Steve was fantastic to work with throughout the home inspection process. He takes time to inform you of what to expect during the process prior to your appointment. During the inspection itself It was very clear from the start that his expertise in a wide range of areas was top notch. He took every opportunity to provide verbal commentary of his observations and more importantly help you understand the why. You are in the best hands if you ever have an opportunity to have Steve inspect your home!

Stephen Gaspar; He inspected my very first house, extremely informative, very knowledgeable about every perspective of a house and professional. Took as much time as me & my wife needed to answer questions and concerns with no rush, as many times as we needed. Also, punctual right on time and even arriving earlier to the job site. I wanted to wait until we moved into the home for a couple months before reviewing Steve's inspection. Steve did not disappoint. He recommended immediately dealing with our water heater and hvac system for our central air. Mass save took FOREVER to come out and finally go through our house and as luck would have it, our water heater started to leak gas through the pilot. We paid out of pocket to get it replaced and will be replacing the hvac through Mass Save since it's still technically working. 2 months into living here the deck has had a few planks start to warp at the ends which Steve also said to look out for. He noticed issues with improper water drainage and run-off and advised a roofer come look at the property before we closed. One of the best roofers on the cape is a family friend and came out to further prove some of Steve's points and show us some detail we would not have noticed; small replacements and patches that were performed to make it look good where wood obviously rotted away. I could go on but I think these are good enough details for others reading reviews.The proof is in the work and Steve has clearly been doing this for a long enough time to perform a good, trustworthy home inspection. I was referred to Steve by someone else who used him and it's a good feeling when referrals work out. I hopefully wont be buying again for a long time but if you are, I can not recommend Steve enough.
